The award-winning journalist and author, Donna Clovis, discusses her book “Quantum Leaps in Princeton’s Place” at the Princeton Public Library, Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 7 pm. The book tells the stories of Princeton in the early 1900s through the late 1950s through the eyes of two of its oldest citizens by means of interviews, diaries and articles. The synchronicity of being at the right place at the right time for the interviews, locations, and journals plays a major role in the construction of the book. Clovis is a graduate of Columbia University in journalism and the humanities. She has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and won a first-place feature-writing award from the National Association of Black Journalists.
