“Lift Every Voice : African American Poetry from Colonial Times to Today,” Opening Reception, February 11, 2018, 2-4 pm

The opening of the Trent House exhibit “Life Every Voice” will be held on Sunday, February 11, from 2-4 pm.  On Sunday February 25, at 4 pm, there will be a talk on African American poetry from Colonial times to the present day by Dr. Cassandra Jackson, Professor of English at The College of New Jersey and currently Scholar-in-Residence at the Grounds for Sculpture on Sunday February 25, at 4 pm.  The charge is $10, $8 for members.

The exhibit will be on display in the Museum from February 11 through March 4, 2018.
