In the wake of the closing of two antiquated juvenile corrections facilities, a panel examines the future of New Jersey’s juvenile justice system. Panelists include social justice activist Rev. Charles F. Boyer, James Williams IV of New Jersey Institute for Social Justice (NJISJ) and Laura Cohen, director of the Criminal and Youth Justice Clinic and law professor at Rutgers in Newark.
