More and more of the media friends are recommending to me seems to be coming in the form of audio or video, rather than print media. (Although my “to read” list is still formidable, and I’m very much enjoying Jane Crow, Rosalind Rosenberg’s biography of the incredible Pauli Murray.)
Today several educators have recommended listening to last week’s episode of Chris Hayes’ podcast, Why Is This Happening, which featured Nikole Hannah-Jones in a conversation about school segregation in 2018.
So… something to consider adding to your “to listen to” list! And if you haven’t dipped a toe in the podcast universe yet, you’re in for a treat… there’s some amazing content out there! (And a few of the largest purveyors of podcasts have recently de-listed Alex Jones’ content, so that’s happy.)
