Pennington – There will be a peaceful candlelight vigil in Pennington organized by Pennington 4 Justice. It will take place along both sides of North and South Main Street from 8 to 8:30 p.m. Bring a candle, a flashlight, or your phone flashlight, and a sign.
Yardley – A peaceful protest is planned in Yardley, Pa. called “Yardley Kneels for Justice.” The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Afton Street. The crowd will gather to the Yardley SEPTA station.
Saturday, June 6
Flemington- A protest is set for noon Saturday in Flemington. The demonstration will begin at the Flemington Justice Building and move to the Flemington Courthouse.
Princeton – A recent Princeton High School graduate is leading a peaceful demonstration in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement on Hinds Plaza on Witherspoon Street next to the Princeton Public Library starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Trenton – There will be a demonstration in front of City Hall in Trenton at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Sunday, June 7
Princeton – Black Mothers Rising will be hosting a gathering for meditation and prayer in front of the Princeton Police Department and municipal building at 9 a.m. on Sunday. The address is 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton.
Robbinsville – Robbinsville Township is hosting a ‘Night of Unity’ at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Town Center Gazebo.
