The Paul Robeson House of Princeton is growing! The Board of Directors are searching for their first Executive Director. This leadership position reports to and works closely with the Board and directs strategic planning, manages financial and other resources, establishes, and executes the development plan, retains and manages staff members, consultants, and vendors, and directs all Paul Robeson House operations, including budgeting, financial management, and reporting. As this is the organization’s first full-time staff position, a considerable focus will be on energizing Board and Advisory Committee volunteers to inspire the organization to meet grant milestones and achieve fundraising goals.
