Leading the panel discussion on race at the second Safe Streets Hot Topics discussion will be the Rev. Lukata Mjumbe of the Witherspoon Street Presbyterian Church, Ted Deutsch of Taft Communications, Kevin Wilkes of the Princeton Design Guild, Tommy Parker of the Princeton Civil Rights Commission, attorney Eric Broadway, and educator Jason Carter.
During the July and August meetings the group will discuss, "Ida: A Sword Among Lions: Ida B. Wells and the Campaign Against Lynching" by Paula J. Giddings. All are welcome.
