All Stars: Black Baseball and Beyond

Join us for the opening of All Stars: Black Baseball in New Jersey and Beyond, a powerful new exhibit at the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum. This special installation features never-before-seen letters from Negro Leagues baseball star Paul “Beetle” Arnold and a newly released oral history video that brings his legacy—and the stories of other local African American players—to life.

Through personal artifacts, photographs, and first-hand accounts, the exhibit explores the history, struggles, and triumphs of Black baseball in New Jersey and beyond. Discover how these athletes helped shape the game on their own terms and against the odds.
