Black Asian American Solidarity

This hybrid event is an opportunity to learn Black history, Asian American history and the history of solidarity between Black and Asian Americans in the movement for civil rights. We are very grateful to NJEA for cohosting the virtual conference.

There will be thirteen options for “make-and-take” small group sessions for teachers and curriculum supervisors on Black history, AAPI history and Multiracial Solidarity.  Here are the speaker bios and here are descriptions of some of the workshops.
