Continuing Conversations on Race and White Privilege: New Jersey Division of Civil Rights

Fannie Chan Jarvis and Patricia Williamson of the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights will share important information about the state’s anti-discrimination laws. The presentation will include an overview of the Law Against Discrimination, the NJ Bias Investigation Access System, and the Community Peacemaker Collaborative.  The program, spearheaded by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, strives to prevent and address bias crimes and bias incidents by training individuals, including community leaders and members, across all 21 counties of New Jersey, on alternative dispute resolution and best practices for responding to bias incidents.

Please note that this program, which usually meets on Monday, is being held on a Tuesday due to the Labor Day holiday.
