An unforgettable evening of food, fellowship, and reflection at our upcoming Harvest Home Dinner. Rooted in the rich traditions of African American faith and culture, this special event celebrates the bountiful harvest season by gathering around the table to share a meal, stories, and music. From the locally-sourced dishes crafted by a talented African American chef to the powerful storytelling that connects us to our past, this dinner is a tribute to the legacy of service, family, and faith that runs deep within our community.
This will be a night of warmth and connection, as attendees join together to feed not only our bodies but also our hearts and souls. In addition to a delicious multi-course meal, live music, there will be opportunity to hear from descendants of the True family and former members of Mt. Zion AME Church. Plus, we’ll give back by collecting donations for local food pantries in the spirit of the harvest tradition.
