What does it mean to be Muslim in this moment?

muslim-in-thisIt’s time to gather again.

What has it meant, to be Muslim in America, and what does it mean now? What can those of us who wish to stand on the side of justice learn from the experiences and perspectives of Muslim-Americans, and what steps can we take to ensure that we are acting on that learning?

At Not in Our Town, we believe that there is power in listening, and an opportunity for growth and change in every exchange of truth.

We will gather in the Community Room of the Princeton Public Library at 7pm on Monday, March 6th.

Join local-area Muslim leaders and citizens at this month’s Continuing Conversation; anyone who is committed to racial justice is welcome to attend.

We hope to see you there; invite a friend and/or help us spread the word!

Yours in the struggle,
Not In Our Town Princeton
